User Support & Training

With the skill set needed to operate computers and applications ever changing our engineers and trainers can supply learning materials and training sessions to keep your users up to data with the latest technology.   This is something that we find helps keep support calls down (which is why we are happy to perform most of this free of charge) it also helps to increase productivity across the board within the workforce.

We are happy to take on specific training on specific applications (I,e Sharepoint or Excel) but our basic training package for our clients would include:

  • Microsoft office ( Excel / Word PowerPoint)
  • Using keyboard shortcuts to speed up operations
  • Windows concepts (Sharing folders, Installing printers, Desktop themes)
  • Using Google and the Internet to solve your own issues
  • Outlook and other email clients
  • Remote working and folder synchronisation

Of course a large part of our training sessions are spent answering user questions but also understanding the working processes and tailoring the training to this effect.
